The room itself was exactly as pictured and if I ever needed to contact our host, David, he was prompt and helpful in his responses. Everything on the resort is extremely well organized and there are trams that can take you to your destination that run every few minutes.
It is a beautiful, huge property with multiple hotels, so checking in and getting around can be a little overwhelming at first, but all the staff are super friendly and willing to help.
